General Directions
Follow the directions for using Adipex weight loss pills as provided by your doctor and the manufacturer.

Typically:
Take Adipex about 30 minutes to 1 hour before meals. Adipex should be swallowed whole, preferably during mid-morning.

As Adipex may cause drowsiness, avoid taking it late in the day. Unless approved by your doctor:

  • Do not over-use Adipex weight loss pills
  • Do not take 2 doses at the same time
  • Do not increase the dosage instructions.
  • Do not use in combination with other appetite suppressants.

Remember: Adipex weight loss pills are designed for short-term use - usually 8-12 weeks.

Longer use will not increase the weight loss effects of the pills, as your body gets used to them and builds up resistance within a few weeks.
