In a healthy woman of average weight, fat accounts for 27 percent of body weight, muscle is about 35 percent of body weight and the skeleton about 12 percent.

In a healthy male of average weight, fat accounts for roughly 15 percent of total weight, muscle 45 percent, and bones 15 percent.

The remaining body weight, in both cases, is accounted for by blood plasma, skin, connective tissue, tendons, organs, hair and so on.
