Body Fat Test - "Pinch An Inch"
How to Determine Excess Body Fat
How to Control Weight

Am I Fat? Use the Pinch-an-Inch Test

Do you have excess body fat? Is your Body Fat Percentage too high? To find out, use the Pinch-an-Inch Test.

While standing, loosely get hold of the skin at the side of your body at waist (navel) level. Use your forefinger and thumb and just get hold of the skin - not a huge chunk of underlying flesh. If this pinch-full is an inch or more, you're overweight and could do with losing some weight.

Another way to see if your body fat percentage is too high is to use the Body Fat Mirror Test
