Bill Phillips claims to be able to transform your body shape and your
fitness in 12 weeks, and there is a strong bodybuilding element. The book
urges you to buy supplements from Bill Phillips own organization. The
recommended weight loss diet is high-protein. The exercise workout programs
in the book are reasonable - but, if you are not familiar with workouts
and exercise routines, you might start your weight loss fitness campaign
with something a little easier.
