Exercise Affects Weight
The less exercise we take, the more overweight
we are likely to be. Lack of exercise is identified as a major cause of
the current rise in obesity.
And don't be put off by the shape and weight
of your leaner friends who takes less exercise than you. Their bodies
may be better than yours at burning up calories, due to a faster metabolism.
Unfortunately, we inherit our basic metabolism, but with regular aerobic
and weight training you can bridge some of that gap and reduce your weight
in the process.
