Weight Loss Gum
Chewing Sugar-Free Gum Does Not Lead to Significant Weight Reduction

Weight Loss Chewing Gum

There are several brands of "weight loss chewing gum" made for dieters, most of which contain the trace of mineral chromium and are said to help curb sugar cravings and control blood sugar levels. Others contain hydroxycitric acid, which is said to make you feel full. If you tend to overeat because you need something to 'chew on', then chewing gum (any sort) might help you eat less.

There is, however, little scientific evidence that these special gums can help you lose weight because of the their ingredients.
