Carbs Without Added Fat are Best For Weight
Control
Carbs, such as bread, pasta and rice, are
good for you (especially if they are whole-grain variety) and so are starchy
root vegetables. These 'complex carbs' can form part of your diet - but
go easy on any fat you have with them (dairy sauces, butter, regular mayo,
cheese for example). Carbs that come really-loaded with fat, (e.g. pastry,
cakes, biscuits) are likely to end up on your belly as fat, so are best
avoided.
Weight Loss Diet Advice
Weight loss diets should contain balanced
eating plans which include all food groups. Because a balanced diet gives
you more nutrition. Remember: a well-nourished body loses weight faster.
