The Perfect Weight Loss Diet

There is no such a thing as a "perfect" weight loss diet. There are so many different foods to choose from that the perfect weight loss diet would be very hard to define in terms of which actual foods should be eaten, and in what quantities. The best general advice for what constitutes a "perfect" weight loss diet is:

- Make your diet rich in 'natural' foods, like vegetables and fruits.
- Reduce your intake of processed or pre-cooked foods.
- Choose whole wheat or whole grain carbs whenever possible.
- Choose high quality oils/fats, low in saturated fat.
- Make water your preferred drink.

Any weight loss diet which follows these principles should, when combined with healthy exercise, help you to reach a normal weight and then maintain this weight indefinitely.
