What is The 3 Day Diet

The 3 Day Diet is a very low calorie 3 day diet plan that promises up to 10 pounds of weight loss in 3 days. After 3 days, normal eating is resumed for 4 or 5 days, although overeating is to be avoided. You can follow the diet again for another 3 days if you wish to lose more weight.

What You Eat on The 3 Day Diet

An average of 600 calories a day are consumed on the diet. Includes mainly fruit and vegetables and small amounts of fish, cheese or meat. You can add herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard & ketchup to your foods. You are advised to drink 4 glass of water or diet soda a day.

How The 3 Day Diet Helps You Lose Weight

The 3 Day Diet is a very low calorie fad diet, and as with any very low calorie diet, weight loss is inevitable. However, most of the weight loss is likely to be water, which is quickly regained. Dieting for 3 or 4 days is never a serious solution to long-term weight loss.
