What is The Carb Addicts Diet

The Carb Addict's Diet is a low-carb, high-fat, high protein diet plan. It is not currently recommended by health or dietary organizations.

What You Eat on The Carb Addicts Diet

At breakfast and lunch you eat meals that include no carbs. These meals should be half protein and half non-starchy carbs. For dinner, you have what they call a "reward" meal. This meal should be 1/3 protein, 1/3 carb and 1/3 non-starchy vegetables. You can eat for a full hour, but should you choose to have seconds or thirds, you may eat 1/3 protein, 1/3 carb and 1/3 non-starchy vegetables.
