Meat and fish are not recommended and only a few low fat dairy products are allowed such as low fat yogurt, fat free milk and cheese and egg whites. If you stick to the 'eat freely' list, you can eat all your want without counting the calories or portion size. Typical daily calorie intake of about 1300 calories.
