Fruitarian Diets for Weight Loss

These can be useful as short-term weight loss diets, but they are not weight loss diets per se. They are simply a type of vegan diet which includes a minimum of processed or cooked foods. It consists mainly of raw fruit (75 percent), fruit-like vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, cucumbers), grains and nuts. Fruitarians eat only plant foods that can be harvested without killing the plant. Fruitarian diets can be followed by meat-eaters as a form of weight loss or detox diet plan but long-term use is not recommended from a nutritional viewpoint.

There's no such thing as a perfect weight loss plan. Almost all weight loss programs help us lose weight and teach us something about healthy dieting. But exercise remains important for all weight loss diets, so set aside enough time for aerobic exercise.
