All the meals and snacks fit into an easy-to-follow meal plan that stresses proper portions and eating six times a day to fuel your metabolism and keep you from feeling hungry.

How The NutriSystem Program Helps You Lose Weight

The meals are carefully calorie controlled so the dieter does not need to count calories in order to lose weight. Obviously at the end of the diet, you have to be careful not to slip back into bad eating habits and risk regaining weight. NutriSystem have eliminated all program fees, so all you pay for is the cost of food. Average 5 day food allowance costs about $30.
