Semi-Vegetarian Diets for Weight Loss

These semi-vegetarian diet plans can be useful as short-term weight loss diets, but they are not weight loss diets per se.

Someone who eats a part/semi-vegetarian diet eats no red or white meat (beef, pork, venison, etc). The only animals that semi-vegetarians eat are fowl and fish, although they usually eat by-products of red meat, like fats, oils, gelatin etc. and wear clothes from animals.

These diets can be followed by meat-eaters as a form of weight loss diet plan to help reduce their consumption of animal fats.

There's no such thing as a perfect weight loss plan. Almost all weight loss programs help us lose weight and teach us something about healthy dieting. But exercise remains important for all weight loss diets, so set aside enough time for aerobic exercise.
