For lunch and dinner, you should focus on Protein and then take a night-time Skinny Pill to help the body burn fat. Breakfasts on the diet include Hot Fruit Sundae, Breakfast Banana Split, Breakfast Brownies, & Breakfast-to-Go. Morning Snacks include Oatmeal Cookies, Rainbow Muffins and Potato Sticks.
