Does Obesity Increase Risk of Premature
Death
It appears that obesity does increase the
risk of premature death. A health and obesity study in the New England
Journal of Medicine (1999), using over 1 million US adults, indicated
an increase in risk of death from all causes, including cardiovascular
disease and cancer, throughout the range of moderate to severe overweight
for both men and women in all age groups.

Weight Loss Health Advice
Weight loss and health go hand in hand.
The healthier your body, the faster you lose weight. Which is another
good reason to exercise regularly and eat healthily. And it's another
good reason to avoid fad diets or weight loss methods (like weight loss
pills and supplements) that don't help us to develop good eating habits.
