These claim to help you to lose weight
AND build muscle while you sleep. You take the pill before going to bed,
after four hours without food, and wake up lighter and leaner!! Unfortunately,
weight loss tests have shown these pills contain little more than collagen
protein. They may help weight loss, but not because of any magical weight
loss ingredients but simply because you can't eat anything after around
7pm. In other words, diet alone will do the trick. But it isn't possible
to build muscle without exercise so the claim that these lose-weight-while-you-sleep
pills can make you build lean tissue lying in bed is false.
