The Eskimo Diet

The best-selling and highly influential Eskimo Diet (1990), written by Dr Reg Saynor and Dr Frank Ryan explains how eating a diet high in fish oils protects against heart disease. Not a weight loss book as such, but much of the research and advice is still appropriate today. Now not available to buy new, but you may find copies in second-hand bookshops or on the Internet auction sites. If you haven't read the Eskimo Diet, we strongly recommend it.
