join a gym, that is if you enjoy exercising with other people and using
exercise machines. Visit the gym 3 or 4 times a week, and ask a personal
fitness trainer to plan an exercise program for your specific needs. Exercise
is great for improving energy levels and motivates us to lose weight.
If you don't want to join a gym, burn calories in other ways. For example
15 minutes cycling burns 100 calories, gardening 60 calories and swimming
100 calories.
