Candy & Weight Loss
If you are trying to lose weight but crave
a candy bar - have it. But FIRST, eat a slice of whole wheat bread and
jelly (125 calories). Doesn't satisfy your hunger? Next drink a glass
of calorie free water and wait a few minutes. Still crave the candy bar?
Well eat it and don't feel guilty about the calories. The occasional high
calorie or high sodium snack does not cause us to gain weight. It's eating
them regularly that will cause weight gain! If you crave sweet or savory
foods at a particular time of the week or month, include the odd treat
in your eating plan so the calories can be accounted.
Weight Loss Advice
Obesity and weight reduction is becoming
a huge health issue. Before buying any weight loss pills or enrolling
for gastrointestinal weight loss surgery, remember that long-term weight
control is based on a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise, no matter
which weight loss option you choose.
