Exercise Suppresses Appetite
Everyone knows that exercise burns calories.
But they also think that it stimulates our appetite and makes us hungry
- which is why some people avoid exercise if they are following a very
low calorie diet. Recent weight loss studies show that the harder we exercise,
the more calories we burn and our appetites are suppressed for several
hours after. Also, when hunger does strike, we are more likely to eat
healthy carbs such as bread, fruit or cereals to replace lost energy than
high fat foods.
Weight Loss Advice
Obesity and weight reduction is becoming
a huge health issue. Before buying any weight loss pills or enrolling
for gastrointestinal weight loss surgery, remember that long-term weight
control is based on a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise, no matter
which weight loss option you choose.
