Physical vs. Emotional Hunger
Are You Really Hungry?
When you're on a weight loss diet it's important to be able to distinguish
between physical 'stomach' hunger and emotional hunger.
So if you're tempted to raid the refrigerator
between meals, ask yourself "Am I really hungry?" If the honest
answer is No, then find something other than food that will satisfy the
emotion that is making you want to eat.
