Water is a useful tool to help us lose
weight and it's calorie free. It fills us up so we are less likely to
snack and break our diet. Drinking a glass of water before we eat a meal

advise us to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, or one glass every
2 hours for maximum health and diet benefits. If nothing else, think of
the calories you will burn walking to the bathroom.
