- 3 mini muffins
- 3 cups of popcorn
- 3/4 oz of pretzels
- 2 rice cakes
- 1 Rice Krispie treat bar
- 1/4 cup of trail mix
- 1 cup of yogurt (plain or artificially sweetened, nonfat)
- 3 cups of raw vegetables such as fresh broccoli, carrots, celery, or zucchini with 2 tablespoons of dip
